​Returns and Exchanges

Policy for the Return of Original artwork and non-limited edition prints

We want you to love your new product.  If you are not satisfied with your original artwork, non-limited edition prints or products you have 7 business days from receipt of your purchase to return it in its original package.  After this 7 day period I will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.  ​

You can only return an original artwork, prints and products if it is in it’s original package and returned in the same condition that you received it. ​

Receipt of proof of purchase is required.

We can exchange prints if you have had a change of heart up to 7 days from the day you received it, limited to one cycle of return and exchange per order providing the print has been returned in it’s original as-new condition.  If you wish to proceed with a return, contact me at info@anniefrancesart.com and then I can advise you of the next steps.

Limited Edition Prints

There are no exchanges or refunds with limited edition prints due to the nature of the product, all limited edition sales are final.

Your original artworks, prints and art products are packed securely by Annie herself and we aim for your purchase to be received by you as fast as possible.  We aim to have your artworks or products delivered safely to your door, in the unlikely circumstance of any damage in transportation, insurance is included in the shipping cost for all purchases.

Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted as a delivery address must be provided. All parcels require a signature on delivery. All orders come with a tracking number once your order is dispatched to you.
